Steak Marinades

Great Steak Marinade

1/3 cup soya sauce

2/3 cups White Wine (Sauvignon Blanc)

clove garlic

1 tsp. ginger

Combine all ingredients. Marinate steak in this mixture 3 - 5 hours then bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour.

 

Barbecue Steak Marinade

In a marinating dish combine the following:

11/3 cups of White Wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay)

1 tbsp. steak spice

1 tsp. garlic powder

A dash or two of pepper

Stir all ingredients together, sprinkle meat tenderizer on both sides of the steak and place in the marinating dish. Keep turning the steaks over every fifteen to twenty minutes. After the steaks have been marinating for an hour or so they are ready for the barbecue. Each time you turn the steaks, baste them with the marinade mixture.
