Tangy Orange Sauce For Your Next Roast Duck
Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice
1 cup Chardonnay wine (or a similar white wine)
1 1/4 cups of water
6 tbsp. flour
Remove grease from pan, add orange juice and WINE. Thicken with water and
flour paste. Garnish duck with orange slices and green grapes, and serve with
this delightful tangy sauce.
