Low Fat Poached Chicken Breast
Ingredients;
4 Boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Sauvignon Blanc wine
4 oz. fat free zesty garlic dressing
3 oz. water
Rinse chicken breast in cold water. Mix wine, dressing and water. Place
chicken breasts into marinade.
In a frying place chicken breasts and pour half marinade on top. Cover and
simmer, turn when top turns white. Cooking time approximately 10 minutes.
