Chicken Teri-Yaki

Ingredients:

1 medium size fryer (cut for serving)

Teri-Yaki Sauce

2/3 cup Soya Sauce

1/4 cup White Wine

Combine

2 tbsps. sugar

1/2 tsp. ginger

1 clove chopped garlic

Combine all ingredients for sauce.

Marinate chicken for 1 hour in Teri-Yaki Sauce. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Baste 2 or 3 times with Teri-Yaki sauce while cooking.
