Beer and Beef Recipe
Ingredients;
4 lbs. boneless chuck
salt and pepper
2 large onions thinly sliced
2 large green peppers sliced
12 mushrooms cut into chunks
1 1/2 bottles of beer
1 1/2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Salt and pepper meat and brown lightly in heavy skillet. Add onion, green
pepper and mushrooms, brown lightly. Pour beer over all, stir in ketchup and
mustard. Cover tightly and simmer slowly for 2 - 21/2 hours or until meat is
tender.
