Beer Batter for Fish
Ingredients;
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs; separate whites and yolks
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup beer
Mix above ingredients except eggs into a single blended sauce. Beat egg yolks
and egg whites separately to medium consistency. Combine sauce with beaten egg
whites, and then add blended mixture to beaten egg yolks. Coat both sides of
chosen fillets with batter and pan fry.
